With over 21 years of experience in the construction and remedial building industry, Ramon brings a strong combination of hands-on trade knowledge, estimating and project management experience.
An experienced renderer and licensed waterproofer, he spent many years working on the tools and with leading companies in the industry before progressing into estimating, supervision and management roles.
This practical background gives Ramon a strong understanding of how remedial works are carried out onsite, allowing him to accurately assess works, anticipate challenges and work effectively with engineers, consultants and trades to deliver practical, efficient and high-quality outcomes.

Managing Director
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Rafael brings extensive knowledge across both high-end residential construction and remedial building works.
A licensed builder, registered building practitioner and an experienced carpenter. He has worked with leading companies in both sectors, progressing into foreman and management roles on complex projects.
His experience across these two areas brings a methodical and practical approach to construction, combining high-end building standards with strong remedial knowledge to better understand challenges and develop effective, practical solutions.
